ur mom is going 2 find out sooner or later cuz u can’t keep it from her forever. the swelling should go away in about a week or 2, but be careful not to put too much pressure on it becuz it will hurt twice as bad. u shouldnt sound different when u get ur tongue pierced. that doesnt seem normal… and u can’t change tongue piercings becuz they r not like earings and since it is in ur tongue that is not possible

My friend has permanent lisp from having to replace with another one my stepdaughter wound up keeping it out the hospital asked her to take it out when she had bad car accident and having tongue ring all those years she had bad car accident and wound up getting.

An infection and rinse every time you take it out to replace with another one my friend has.

This brought back memories when I first got my tongue pierced 7 years ago. I was 17.I just got it done went home and told my mom, ” Mom I got my tongue pierced”! She of course started crying, why? I don’t know. But then she got over it and I grew out of it. So point is just be a woman and tell her. BTW no offense but I thought those were out? : /
thats really bad part that you haven’t told your mom but thats ur choice.. well it take about 2 to 3 weeks and you can change after 3 weeks.

The swellin will go down in a week or so … you may talk normal again you may not … you may talk with a lisp … ummm … i changed mine i think it was like 1-2 weeks after havin it …
