How do I know if my ear piercing is healed?

I have had my left ear pierced for 2 1/2 weeks with a hoop in it. I don’t get crust around the piercing anymore, and I can twist it all I want. I can even sleep on it. I want to change out my earring. I think my piercing is healed enough for it. I just really dont want to wait another 4 weeks before I can change it out. do you think I might be able to change out the earring without any negative consequences?

How long does it take for your ear piercing to heal?

How to get rid of ear piercing scar?

I pierced my left ear twice, both times trying hit the same target, both times missed. Now I have to spots that look like piercing right on top of each other but they are not opened on the back. Any way to fill in these spots? Will it work if I go to a dermatologist to make my ear skin raw?

What do I do if my ear piercing truns a little red?

How do i get rid of a new ear piercing infection?

I got my second ear piercing on august 2nd (3 days ago) and i think i have a infection on my left ear. My left ear still hurt and still is red. But my right doesn’t hurt and at my normal skin tone. How do I know if I have a infection and how do i treat it? Can i put rubbing alcohol on it?

HELP please im getting scared.
Ohh and can i go swimming?
