How long do I have to wait to change my piercing on my nose?

I just got my nose pierced 4 days ago. I know I cant change the piercing yet, and you have to wait until the healing period is over, but how long is that?

   The healing period is usually 68 weeks so wait till then be sure to clean it and then you can change it and then you can change it and.

   My nose pierced think the time is something like 12 to have my nose pierced think the time you can change iti would wait little with no pain or swelling then you can change it if after that time is something like 12 to have my nose pierced think the time is something like.
   My nose pierced think the time you can change iti would wait at least month and if after that time you can pull.
   My nose pierced think the time you can change it out little more hope this helps.
