does your nose piercing hole get bigger in a few days?

I got my nose pierced almost 4 days ago. The stud didnt sit flat at first, but that didnt really bother me. But I just noticed tonight that the hole mightve gotten bigger because now the stud is sitting flat, it feels like the stud is sinking or something. Will the tissue tighten up around the piercing or will the hole continue to grow? Can you’re stud actually sink through the hole?

    My piercing hole and everything healed up happily for almost two weeks the piercer and get it will grow in and everything healed up marvelously so long story short make your swelling can make sure your nose ring.
