I have had a piercing in between my cartilage and ear lobe for about 6-7 years now. About 2 years ago, right above the earring (not the actual hole) started swelling and getting infected. Ever since then, it swells up, gets infected, bleeds, heals, and then swells up again. No matter what I do, after the healing, it gets infected again. What the hell is going on?! How can I stop this?

I got my tongue pierced 2.5 weeks ago and i just started to get ‘lymph’ coming out. I’ve read where i should have gotten it like 3-4 days after having it pierced but i’m just beginning to get it. I hope its lymph, but it looks a lil yellowish to me. Is this normal? There is no pain and very minimal swelling. I was jus wondering how long does lymph comes out of the tongue piercing and if this is something to be concerned about?

I got a second ear piercing at claire’s about two months ago. I kept the earring on for 6 weeks and cleaned it with the antiseptic like they said to. So its been past the 6 weeks and I tried to take the earring off but it was really sore and I saw a little bit of blood from the piercing. So I was just wondering is it normal for it to be still sore after the 6 weeks and how long would it take to heal?
