I got my nose pierced about three weeks ago and I was really good about cleaning it and all that. However, Ive become a bit lax with it lately and I developed a polyp (or what I think is a polyp) right next to the piercing. Anybody know if there is anything I can do to make this thing go away or get smaller or anything?
